Ministry of Internal Affairs does not respond to complaints of oppositionists in connection with threats
Baku/12.09.19/Turan: There is no doubt that the so-called group of "National Fedai" is a unit specially created by the authorities to prosecute opponents of the regime, said the leader of the Popular Front Party Ali Karimli to ToplumTV.
This group organized the persecution and threats against opposition activists and specifically PFPA activists. For a long time, threats on behalf of this group in social networks were open and pressure was put on supporters of the Popular Front Party. It got to the point that a young man calling himself the leader of this group named Fuad Muradov openly threatened to kill a member of the Popular Front Party. However, our appeals to the Interior Ministry on this subject remained unanswered. Such behavior of the authorities speaks only about one thing - "National Fedays" are controlled by the authorities, Karimli noted. The above information was confirmed when the Yasamal court on falsified charges arrested for 30 days Ruslan Amirli, an activist of the Popular Front Party and security guard Karimli. -02D-
