Miracles of the Azerbaijani elections

The EMDSC considers it as the certificate of artificial overestimate of turnout.
During the day, according to data at 10.00, 12.00, 17.00 and 19.00 on all sites with the same consistency repeated the same figures.
For example, in the 42nd Sumgayit second district, 15% of voters voted in all 17 polling stations at 10.00, at 12.00 - 37%, at 15.00 - 60%, at 17.00 - 70%, at 74.00 - 74%.
A similar picture is observed in the 1st Sharur-Sadarak District, the 2nd Sharur District, the 41st Sumgayit First District, the 42nd Sumgait Third District, the 43rd Sumgait Third District, the 47th-1 Mingacheveir District, the 58th Hajikabul-Kurdamir District, the 91st-1 Ujar district, 95th-1 Terter District, 103rd Gadabay District, 104th Gadabay-Tovuz District, 107th - Gazakh District, 125th Zangilan-Gubadli District.
In these districts, practically all sites had the same information about turnout. The Head of the Institute of Public Policy, Bakhtiyar Hajiyev, published a screenshot of the CEC website about the results of the voting on the 1st Sharur-Sadarak District.
In 34 of the 35 precincts of the region, presidential candidate Araz Alizade scored 2 votes.

On January 13, the trial in the case of public activist Nijat Ibrahim continued in the Baku Serious Crimes Court under the chairmanship of Judge Aygun Gurbanova. The trial was suspended after Ibrahim, in protest against the illegal arrest, began banging his head against the "aquarium cage", trying to commit suicide. At the beginning of the trial, he stated that he had been illegally detained for 4 months, and because of this, his family in Moldova was in a difficult situation, Turan announced this on its Twitter.

The International Committee of Concerned Scholars (ICS) has appealed to the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, requesting his assistance in securing the release of the arrested researcher, Igbal Abilov. The ICS expressed concern that Abilov's arrest "may be related to his research on ethnic minorities in Azerbaijan, conducted in collaboration with scholars from Armenia."
