Baku/04.05.20/Turan: Reporters without borders condemn unjustified arrest and 8 hours questioning without being authorized to call a lawyer of Azadlig journalist Saadat Jahangir and calls on the authorities to stop pressuring the media.
As its noted at RWB’s Twitter , prosecutor Agents pretended to be gas workers in order to enter the journalist's apartment and search her home.
Jahangir was previously arrested on April 28, just before the interview of an opponent, and fined for violating coronavirus lockdown. -0-

On December 23, a meeting of the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Serbia took place in Belgrade. During the final press conference, Serbian Foreign Minister Marko Djuric reported that the discussions focused on the development of tourism. "We are strengthening efforts to open direct air routes, as well as economic development and energy," said Djuric. The minister expressed confidence that cooperation between Serbia and Azerbaijan would become even closer and more intensive in the near future.
