Customs Officers Find 515 Kg of Heroin in Truck from Iran
Baku / 24.05.18 / Turan: Customs officers have prevented an attempt to transport 515 kg of heroin through Azerbaijan, the press service of the State Customs Committee reported.
The heroin consignment was found in a truck traveling from Iran to Azerbaijan, the report said.
The drugs were discovered with the help of a specially trained dog. Briquettes with heroin were packaged and collected in 4 pallets.
The identity of the owner of the vehicle and the addressee of the cargo is not reported. An investigation is under way. -02-
