Baku / 08.08.17 / Turan: By order of the President of Azerbaijan, the Office of the State Historical and Architectural Reserve Icherisheher has been removed from the Cabinet and will function as a public legal entity.
According to the decree, the charter of the management and the statutory fund in the amount of 1 million manat were established and will be formed at the expense of the state budget.
The President will also appoint and dismiss the chairman of the Board of this structure.
The Cabinet of Ministers, in turn, with the consent of the President, will appoint and dismiss two other members of the Board, and approve annual financial statements. The Cabinet should approve the structure and the staff and their salaries in a month. -71D-
