Nefes accuses Justice Ministry of violating human rights
The organization Nefes uniting representatives of sexual minorities (LGBT), again sent an appeal to the Ministry of Justice in connection with the delay in registration of the organization established in 2012.
Despite repeated requests to explain the reasons for the delay, no response is received. The organization's leadership has repeatedly raised the issue in meetings with representatives of international organizations and embassies.
Lack of registration creates problems in the work, funding and implementation of ideas .
"All necessary documents were once again collected and sent to the relevant authorities. If registration is denied again, Nefes will sue the Chief Notary Department of Justice. If the local judiciary does not satisfy the complaint , the organization will appeal the European Court," the press release said. -04D-
