This happened before the start of the trial on the so-called "illegal financing of PFPA" case. A limited number of people were allowed into the hall, but about 30 people remained at the entrance in the hope that they would be let in. However, the police pushed them aside, detaining several people, including Tale Rustamov, the brother of the defendant in this case, Saleh Rustamov.
