Ramiz Mehdiyev will deal in sewerage
The Head of State signed an order on establishment of a working group to improve rainwater drainage system capital. It is noteworthy that the team leader was appointed head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev. The group is also: Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Zeynal Nagdaliyev, Mayor of Baku Hajibala Abutalibov, Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov, Interior Minister Ramil Usubov, as well as heads of a number of state committees and agencies responsible for infrastructure.
The Working Group is in charge to analyze the state of the sewerage system of Baku within three months, and to prepare proposals for its reconstruction.
It is hard to say why the head of state ordered a specialist for the pernicious influence of the West on Azerbaijan to solve sewerage problems. But it is possible that an old academician will find evidence of Western donors involved in the financing of infrastructure projects in Azerbaijan. The instruction of the president reads that rain in September and October have caused serious problems, flooded the streets of the capital because of bad sanitation.-02D-
