According to the first, employees of educational institutions funded from the state budget (with the exception of universities) increased their salaries by 10% on March 1. According to the second order, starting from March 1, a 10% surcharge is given to the monthly salary of employees working in scientific institutions and organizations financed from the state budget. It is a question of monthly official salaries, determined by the Unified Tariff Grid (Table).
