The National Radio and Television Council will consider the extension of the license
On October 25, a regular meeting of the National TV and Radio Councilwill be held. According to the National Radio and Television Council, will consider the appeal of the broadcasting company ANS and LLC «Khazar TV» on the extension of the license for television , radio and additional information broadcasting.
The license of ANS expired on April 27, 2013 , and of «Khazar TV» - on September 14. According to the decision of the National Radio and Television Council on April 11, reviewing of applications on the extension of licenses has been suspended " with a view to prepare documents in accordance with applicable law and international practice."
The next meeting of the National Radio and Television Council, which will take place on November 4, will consider the applications for extension of licenses of the cable channels «SKY MAX», « KTV », «Baku and Boston TV Communication», and broadcasting company «Azad Azarbaijan». -16D-
