After numerous calls, I paid Hikmet 100 manats," he said. Then the victim, a former police officer Mushfig Huseynov, was interrogated. "A few years ago I worked in the Yasamal district police department as a regiment commander. One day I received a call from Hikmet, who said that he had a video that denounced me. My colleague met with him, they agreed, but the newspaper published an article. After that, I myself met him at the publishing house, where the disc with the video was destroyed and the conversation was closed."
