Up to November 3 the weather will be unstable, sometimes with rainfall and a gusty northwest wind.
On the whole, the Ministry of Environment says during November the average air temperature and precipitation will be close to the climatic standard. However, nearly the same was said about the weather in October, which proved to be unexpectedly cold and rainy. -36D06-
