Unfounded "evidence" and the strange behavior of the Ministry of National Security (MNS) in the destruction of Monte Melkonian

The authors of the false and harmful ideas, trying to privatize the theme of destruction of Armenian terrorist Monte Melkonian, could never so long go unpunished, if it had not had the support in official circles. Moreover, the idea to present  Ibad Huseynov as the author of this event also comes from official circles.

The involvement of the MNS in this  case is not in doubt, and the recent "refutation" of the sponsorship of the Ministry only confirms involvement of this glorious  false theory.

Etibar Mamedov , the director of the film "Asker" assures that the MNS did not sponsor the film about Ibad Huseynov, but then admits that  there was a special permit so  that an employee of the department told about  the operation which was conducted once.

In  fact it  means the following: the employee of the  MNS said things that the leadership of the agency was to  verify. If the MNS leadership would be against, or would call the statements of its employee as false, and  would not allow his statements. So,  the Ministry of National Security agreed to it. Thus, the agency initiated a deception of public opinion.

The question arises - why?

Actually, law enforcement agencies should appeal  not statements and facts,  but evidence.

The most "hard evidence"  of Ibad Huseynov and his bosses  was the photo of  severed head.

If you speak the language of law,  the document   on forensic examination or a photo is necessary, confirming that the  cut head on the photo belongs Melkonian. But there was nothing like that at all, because  not any  sane  expert will give  such a conclusion!

But there are other "compelling" evidence of heroism of Ibad Huseynov: for example, the opinion of Ramiz Mehdiyev (!) or Vagif Huseynov, who in  their books mention the destruction of Monte Melkonyan in  Karabakh.

At the same time the authors of "heroic" westerns do not care about the statements of executives of the  MNS in  1993 that the operation to eliminate the Monte Melkonian was not conducted.

In his last statement, Etibar Mammadov, "suddenly"  claims that in  his film  there is  no reference to the fact that this was an operation by the MNS; in was conducted by the Ministry of Defense.

We would like to remind the director that the representatives of the MNS  did not conceal  their  involvement in the creation of the film "Asker". In particular, one of the senior officials of the agency acknowledged that he recommended Ibad Huseynov  not to speak in the film about a severed head, but simply to say about the destruction. There were also some other important details that still  are kept in silence. All this suggests that the MNB affected the screenplay.

As for the archives of the Ministry of Defense, to which the director of the film "Asker" refers, he probably does not know, or pretends not to know the opinion of the former head of the Intelligence Ministry of Defense, General Talib Mammadov. We recommend him to watch the movie "The crew of the BMP 258." We will not repeat everything, but the chief of the Intelligence agency openly stated that Ibad Huseynov has no relation to the elimination of Melkonian, and all materials on the subject are stored in the archives of the Ministry of Defense.

As for the allegations against Colonel Khatai Bahyshev, former commander of the second battalion of 708 Brigade, whose soldiers killed Melkonian, he once made an interesting notes to the film "Asker".  Bakhishov called fake  the documents that supposedly support the destruction of Melkonian by  Ibad Huseynov.

"For example, a "document"  on conducting operations to destroy Melkonian, dated June 29, 1993; and  another certificate, dated two weeks later - July 14, 1993. It says that in 1992 Ibad Huseynov made a diversion and killed 12 Armenians, taking the trophies in the form of seven sub machine guns.  The paper was signed by the commander of the 161st Barat Guliyev. However Barat Guliyev could not give in 1992 such a statement, because then he served with us in the 708th Brigade, he was assigned to the 161st part only in April 1993! And yet, in the first "document" Barat Guliyev - Lieutenant-Colonel, and in the second he  is mentioned as a   Major. It appears that for the destruction of Monte Melkonian his rank was  lowered? Let those who write such documents give an answer. However, it is noteworthy that this part of the chief of staff was the brother of Ibad Huseynov - Ilyas (now deceased.) It was his signature is a second in each of the certificates. The speaker in the film officer Mammad Rahimov told that in  June 1993, he trained and instructed Ibad Huseynov to destroy Monte Melkonian. But the fact  is that Mammad Rahimov could not do it because he was appointed to the post in November 1993!" said Khatai Bakhishov. -02В-
