All Types of Compulsory Insurance Connected to SMS Notification
The clients of insurance companies - participants of the Bureau of Compulsory Insurance were able to receive SMS alerts for all four types of insurance required by local law.
Initially the service has been used as part of the mandatory civil liability of vehicle owners to third parties - CTP. Now, innovation extends to the compulsory insurance of immovable property, the mandatory responsibility of the owners and the compulsory insurance of passengers.
According to the Bureau, the service is provided through a single information system accumulated by the structure. According to Article 34-3.4 AR law "On mandatory types of insurance" from August 10 customers will receive a number to the registered mobile phone notification of the conclusion of the contract, indicating the initial parameters of the insurer and the size of the annual fee.
In addition, the unified information system will report the insured insurer of intent (the cost of one SMS 16 kopecks) 15 days before the expiration of the contract and the forced termination of the contract.
