AtaSigorta Plans to Increase Share Capital by 46%
AtaSigorta Insurance Company plans to increase its authorized capital to 14.6 million manat (+ 46%) due to the additional issue of shares.
They intend to arrange another additional issue of 4.6 million manat, which was registered by the State Securities Committee yesterday. The emission is divided into 184,000 shares with par value of 25 manat per share.
The authorized capital of the company is 10 million manat.
JSC AtaSigorta received a license for insurance activities in September 2004. The sole shareholder of the company is AtaHolding.
In January-September this year, the premiums amounted to 7.3 million manat, and the payments amounted to approximately 3.5 million manat. --17D-
