Caspian Financial Ltd resigned from the securities market
LLC Caspian Financial Ltd voluntarily gave up the license for dealing in the securities market. Until the completion of the term of the license there were 9 months.
Sector Public Relations State Securities Committee reports that on June 30 suspended the license, which was granted in April 2000.
Prior to this, LLC Caspian Financial Ltd lost license for brokerage activity. Five-year license term expired on May 14 this year, and the company has not applied for its renewal. Thus, the company is completely gone from the securities market.
LLC Caspian Financial Ltd was established in April 2009. Its founders uniform stakes are JSC Azeriqazbank and Kazimir Investments Limited (Cayman Islands). The authorized capital of the company is 100,000 manat. At times, the company became a leader exchange securities transactions. She belongs to a certain percentage of participation in the Baku Stock Exchange.
Note that another group structure Kazimir (Kazimir Partners) owns a 10% stake in JSC Azeriqazbank.
Currently, 15 companies have licenses for brokerage and 14 companies – for dealership.

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
