Certificate "Halal" got sausages 4 companies
The State Standard committee of Azerbaijan recognized conformance AZS 731-2012 < Halal Food General Requirements" delicatessen four companies.
Certification of companies Hakan Foods, FF Co. Ltd, Sahliyali, M & T Ltd and Zahmet Ruzi Ltd carried out within two months. And the last two only manufacture products according to the Halal .
AZS 731-2012 standard was developed based on a single standard "Halal Food > (OIC / SMIIC 1:2011 "General Guidelines on Halal Food". Http://www.smiic.org/publications/83/oic-smiic-12011) which was approved by the Institute of standardization and Metrology Organization of Islamic Cooperation .
GOSSTANDART (State Standard) also approved the trademark
According to the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology and Patents ( SCSMP), specialists in the certification of the certification body "AzSert" inquire into and examine the entire production cycle of sausage and sausage products, from raw material procurement , processing , packaging to transportation and storage. Employees "AzSert" also visited India, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic and Russia to study the conditions of slaughter and production of other components that are intended for the production of sausages.
Manufacturers of food products , which used the concept of "Halal" products in etiquette had to remove them from the marking until the 1st of April this year .
Certification of companies continues. In LLC Orkhan-SS they told Turan that they turned into the State Standard for this certificate. In this case the enterprise will produce sausages as standard "Halal" and the state standard.
According to Turan referring to the State Statistics Committee and the State Customs Committee, sausage market in Azerbaijan is estimated at over 50 million manat. Consumption of this product is approximately 14 000 tonnes per year, with the declared volume production 4000 tons ( 2013 ) .
