Deposit Portfolio of International Bank Rose by Almost 21%
The assets of the International Bank of Azerbaijan in Jan-May 2013 rose by 9% to 6,532.867 mln. The volume of issued and corporations loans increased by 11.3% to 4,293.4 million manat.
The total liabilities of the bank increased from 5,345.441 to 5,945.074 million manats. The deposit portfolio increased by 20.9% to 2,909.146 million manat, including term client investments increased by 1.6% to 1,533.45 million manat.
The balance capital grew by 7.7%, reaching 587.79 million manat, and paid charter capital - by 2.8% to 340 million manat.
Revenues and expenses of the bank equaled 206.38 million and, respectively, 171.69 million manat. Net profit after tax amounted to 34.68 million manat. - 15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
