Figures of Violations of Tax Laws Do Not Reflect the Real Situation
In October, violations of the tax legislation in the activities of 4,550 taxpayers were revealed. According to the ministry, the rules of cash payments were violated the most – 3 185 times. Next (829 times), followed foreign currency payments in areas unprovided for, and 348 people had no business license.
In addition, 142 taxpayers did not have employment contracts with 223 employees. Illegal transportation of passengers involved 280 "taxi drivers", among whom were representatives of legal entities. In addition, 46 taxpayers were engaged in the sale of excisable goods without excise stamps on them.
According to experts, these figures do not reflect the real situation. Checks are carried out selectively and relate those taxpayers who do not have high patrons. --17D-
