Ministry of Emergency Situations Issued Positive Conclusion to 116 Tall Buildings
Baku/25.07.19/Turan: The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported on the implementation of the presidential decree by Ilham Aliyev "On the simplification of permission to operate certain multi-apartment buildings" dated February 19 of this year. Since then, a positive opinion has been issued on 116 residential buildings.
According to the Ministry, these buildings consist of 317 blocks, in which there are over 19.5 thousand apartments with a total area of 1 million 928.9 thousand square meters. The buildings are located in Baku, Ganja and the Absheron district. Over the last month, 46 buildings passed state acceptance.
The list of adopted for the operation of residential buildings is promulgated by the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture.
In total, at the beginning of this year, Azerbaijan had 434 residential buildings (including 381 in Baku), built in violation of the rules and regulations of construction activities. Many of them were built during the period of activity of the Emergencies Ministry, which was formed in 2006. ---0--
