NFES Launches Lending in Shamkir Region
The priorities in lending business in the Shamkir region have been clarified. According to the information on the website of the National Fund for Entrepreneurship Support (NFES), they consider most appropriate lending to family farms with 50 head of dairy cattle, modern greenhouses, gardens of pomegranates and persimmons, and potato-growing farms.
According to the announcement, local businesses can not only provide their projects to the authorized credit institutions of the Fund, but also expect to receive appropriate consultations with the possibility of granting loans in the full cost of the project.
NFES was established in 1992. Its agents in lending are 46 banks and micro-finance organizations.
Last year, the Fund issued preferential loans of 275 million manat, and the program for this year is 280 million manat. --17D-
