Registered the Issue of NBCO ProCredit
The intention of a local non-bank credit organization to raise the share capital has been confirmed. The State Committee for Securities registered the issue of primary shares by NBCO ProCredit at 300,000 manat.
According to the information from SCS, the emission is divided into 300 shares with par value of AZN 1,000 each.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, as of October 1, 2014, 46 non-bank credit organizations had licenses to operate in Azerbaijan. --17D-
