According to the draft law on the state budget for 2015, the police should receive 101 467 000 manat (minus 42%). Tuition at universities will officially amount to 22.303 million manat (minus 52%), paid services in health will only amount to 5.174 million manat (minus 39.9%), cultural activities and sports - 3,075,000 manat (minus 40.8%), and customs services - 52.1 million manat (+ 10.6%).
In 2015, non-budgetary foundations will first begin to receive funds from the provision of sanitation services; their volume is projected at 6,048,500 manat. --17D-
