Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov has left for Strasbourg to take part in a meeting of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, to be held November 13.
The MFA press office reports that Elmar Mammadyarov will report on the results of Azerbaijan's chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers within six months of the chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers. Presidency will go from Azerbaijan to Belgium.-0—
