Baku Summit Expresses Support for Evo Morales
Baku /27.10.19 / Turan: At the Baku summit of the Non-Aligned Movement on October 26, a separate declaration on the presidential election in Bolivia was adopted. It was initiated by Bolivian Foreign Minister Diego Pary Rodríguez. The declaration expressed support for the re-election of the President of this country, Evo Morales. Chile and Guatemala opposed the declaration.
The opposition announced fraud in the presidential election in Bolivia on October 23 and demanded a second round. The United States, the EU, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia and several other countries expressed concern about anomalies during the vote count in the presidential election in Bolivia.
