Baku/14.01.22/Turan: Yesterday, videos appeared on social networks showing physical pressure on a minor in one of the state institutions. These shots caused great discontent.
Today it became known that the incident took place in kindergarten No.1 of the city of Ismayilli.
Elshad Hajiyev, the head of the department for media relations and public relations of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, told Turan that the teacher who hit the three-year-old child was Zulfiya Bakhishova, born in 1969. She is under investigation.
"In connection with the incident that took place in one of the kindergartens in the Ismayilli region, the investigation team of the district police department is in the garden, appropriate interrogations and explanatory work are being carried out. Depending on the results of the investigation, legal measures will be taken."
The Ministry of Education reported that Zulfiya Bakhysheva had been fired. "The employment contract concluded with Bakhyshova has been terminated as of today on the basis of paragraph "h" of Article 70 of the Labor Code for abuse of power, failure to fulfill obligations under an employment contract, violation of the requirements of the "Rules for the Ethical Conduct of Teachers" and rude treatment of minors. The Ministry strongly condemns cases of violence against children and emphasizes the inadmissibility of this.—0—
