President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the allocation of 8 million manats to provide mobile services to local citizens by the State Agency for services and social innovation - ASAN Hidmet.
The document states that currently buses are equipped with special equipment, travel to the region and provide services to citizens within ASAN residence. However, mobile services need to be improved. -05D06-
