The 64 people from the defense and security sector of Azerbaijan died in the 8 months ending September 1, according to the Doctrine Center for Military Journalistic Research.
Only 9 people were killed in combat with Armenian forces, and an additional 55 people were non-combat losses. One person – a cadet of the Military Lyceum, J.Nakhchivansky died under unclear circumstances.
The 73 people were wounded and injured during this period. Of these, only seven were wounded by Armenian fire, and one hit a mine. -16D06-

On the morning of September 11, residents of the village of Garagyuvndikli in the Imishli district blocked the Bakhramtepa-Beylagan highway.
