Drug courier thought that he was carrying food from Iran
Baku / 02.02.18 / Turan: Customs officers at the Bilasuvar checkpoint discovered more than 1.6 kg of heroin from the Azerbaijani citizen Bilal Huseynov who came from Iran.The press service of the State Customs Service informs that in addition to heroin, that there was 3.5 grams of methamphetamine and 3.2 grams of opium in Huseynov"s hand bag. Drugs were hidden in packages under the guise of washing powder, tea and sour cream. Huseynov said that drugs were not his. The food was given to him by an Iranian citizen to hand over to another person in Azerbaijan. During the check, Azerbaijani citizen Elias Abbasov was detained, who was to get the drugs.
