According to the same source, in 2017, the Service "Hot Line" received 3424 calls. Of these, 1824 - by city number, 2204 - by mobile phone, 15 - by sms. The "Hot Line" also received messages from Azerbaijani children living in different countries of the world.
Analysis of calls showed that the psychological problems of children, the presence of anxiety is due to the weak education of parents. According to the organization's website, the "Children's Hot Line" is an NGO established in 2007 under the patronage of the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan.
