At the same time, he admits that it was impossible to conduct construction in the landslide zone and take into account the local relief. All developments on the Badamdar highway were conducted without taking these factors into account. As a result, the natural paths of the groundwater overlapped, which began to flood the basements of the houses or go to the surface of the earth.
