Observation Mission of OSCE ODIHR Begins
On August 26 the OSCE ODIHR observation mission will be launched in Azerbaijan to monitor the presidential election on October 9. This was said to reporters by the head of the OSCE Office in Baku, Koray Targay today.
Given the support staff, the mission will include 50-55 people. In addition, the arrival of 30 long-term observers is expected. They will monitor the election campaign in Baku and the regions in the period prior to the Election Day.
Besides that, 180 short-term observers will come to the voting. -16D-

On October 15, light rain is expected in Baku and Absheron Peninsula in the evening. Northeast wind will change to the southeast. Nighttime temperatures will be +12 to +16°C, while daytime temperatures will reach +17 to +20°C. Humidity will be around 60-70% both day and night.
