As a result of violations of the ceasefire by the Armenian side, a 16-year-old resident of the village Kehne Gishlag in Agstafa, Kamran Tagiyev was wounded.
The boy was hospitalized in the district hospital, a source in local law enforcement told Turan.
This is the fourth case of injury to civilians of Azerbaijan on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in early August. All the injured children are of school age.
According to the Ministry of Defense, a division of the Armenian armed forces have again violated ceasefire 97 times for the last day. The shelling was coming from the territory of Armenia and the occupied areas. In particular, subjected to fire were positions of the Azerbaijani Army in Tovuz, Gedabey, Jabrail, Fizuli, Agdam, Tartar, Goranboy and Geygel districts.

On December 25, an Embraer 190 passenger plane operated by Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL), on a Baku–Grozny flight, crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan. Azerbaijan’s Consul General in Aktau, Ayxan Suleymanlı, stated that the plane had 67 people onboard, including crew members, 38 of whom died. According to him, 26 of the deceased were Azerbaijani citizens.
