At the trial in the "Nardaran case" on Monday the judge Alovsat Abbasov announced his decision to suspend the defendant's deputy chairman of the movement "Muslim unity" Abbas Huseynov from participation in the trial. When an Kazimov, an employee of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime began to deny it the arrested throw on him from the iron cage a water bottle and shoes. The judge was forced to adjourn the trial.
After the judge announced the dismiss of Huseynov, the leader of the "Muslim unity" Movement Thale Bagirzade said that the defendants demand the release of Huseynov from the punishment cell, and the accused will sabotage the trial until he returns to court.
The accused, APFP deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli noted that Huseynov’s behavior was emotional because he was tortured and his family members were insulted.
Thereafter Bagirzade exclaimed: "This regime must go!", and the other defendants began chanting "Resign!", "We want freedom of the people!"
