The protest at the trial in the "case Nardaran"
At the trial in the "Nardaran case" on Monday the judge Alovsat Abbasov announced his decision to suspend the defendant's deputy chairman of the movement "Muslim unity" Abbas Huseynov from participation in the trial. He explained that this by Huseynov’s bad behavior at the previous meeting, when the latter demanded to file a lawsuit against a police Ibrahim Kazimov, who tortured the arrested.

After the judge announced the dismiss of Huseynov, the leader of the "Muslim unity" Movement Thale Bagirzade said that the defendants demand the release of Huseynov from the punishment cell, and the accused will sabotage the trial until he returns to court.
The accused, APFP deputy chairman Fuad Gahramanli noted that Huseynov’s behavior was emotional because he was tortured and his family members were insulted.
Thereafter Bagirzade exclaimed: "This regime must go!", and the other defendants began chanting "Resign!", "We want freedom of the people!"
Lawyer Nemat Karimli also asked to return Huseynov, but the judge did not agree. In response, the accused began to shout: "Let the Shah gone!" The judge declared a five-minute break.
