Baku /30.10.19 / Turan:A car run over a human rights activist Ogtay Gyulalyev, and the lawsuit should be instituted under the Article 29, 120 (attempted murder), or 277 (attempt on a state or public figure) of the Criminal Code, the lawyer Fuad Agayev wrote about this on his Facebook page.
The basis for this conclusion is the accident frames common on social networks.
“In the frames, it is clearly visible how the driver directs the car directly at the human rights activist,” the lawyer said. –21C06-
