Woman Died from Pipe Falling from Construction Site
A pipe fell off the construction site of School No 20 in Baku on 21 February afternoon. It hit two women in the street on Parliament Avenue. As a result, Ruhangiz Teyubova born in 1945 died at the scene, and Roza Amirova born in 1939 was injured.
As Turan was told in the Yasamal district police office, an investigation has been started.
MOE says nothing about this, though the incident took place 100 meters from its office. -16D-

As part of the struggle against illegal migration in Baku city, operative actions were carried out at different addresses. The Interior Ministry reports that employees of the Department for Combating Illegal Migration identified and detained 34 foreigners without documents giving the right to reside and stay on the territory of Azerbaijan.
