Azerenerji reported about growth of electric energy by 5.6% during 2014
In 2014 electric stations of Azerenerji, which is the monopolist of power generation in Azerbaijan, generated 22.7 billion kwh of power, reported Azerenerji.
In 2013 electric stations of Azerenerji generated over 21.5 billion kwh of power. Therefore, during a year power generation by the electric stations of Azerenerji increased by 5.58%.
In December 2014 electric stations of Azerenerji generated about 2.2 billion kwh of power, which is equal to December 2013.
The generation capacity of Azerbaijan electric energy system increased by 30% during the past five years. At present this index totals 7,105 MWt.—0—
