Bank Technique Liquidates Subsidiaries
Shareholders of JSC Bank Technique (former Texnikabank) eliminated a number of subsidiaries.
As reported in the bank, according to the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting, were eliminated LLC Texkart and LLC Texnika Leasing.
Texnika Leasing was in operation from 2004. The main part of the operating lease portfolio was trucks (90%). At the end of last year, the company's assets amounted to 14.389 million manat, the leasing portfolio amounted to 3.2 million manat, and the paid-in share capital was AZN 6 million.
Since February 2010, payment cards of the then Texnikabank were served in its own processing center Texkart. After the change of management of the bank in the first half of this year, the issued cards were transferred to service in the processing center AzeriCard. -15B -

Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN. As a result, monthly charges will be set at 25 AZN for 100 Mbit/s, 30 AZN for 150 Mbit/s, and 36 AZN for 250 Mbit/s.
