The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) discussed the draft law "On Payment Services" with the banking community.
According to the report of the Central Bank, in the course of discussions, the participants were informed about the purpose of the subject matter of the bill, and provided payment services , mutual rights and duties of its members , security, etc.
Purpose to the law is the development of non-cash payments in the country , providing a legal framework for the activities of all the provisions of payment services and issue electronic money , as well as the protection of the rights of users of payment services , says the CBA. -15D -
