Construction of the new building of SPC cost more than $ 100 million
State Committee for Property Affairs (SPC) has signed a contract worth 86 106,0 thousand manats for the construction of a new administrative building in Baku. The press service of the Ministry told Turan, that this building will house all within its structure, and are subordinate to the organization.
Construction work will be carried on by a little-known LLC SMTS. The facility will be delivered "turnkey" with the condition of providing the necessary equipment and construction of the area around the building. Information about the company sold previous projects there. The company with a capital of 20 manats was established in September 2011.
Before that SPC instructed to prepare construction documents on the construction works the Austrian company Hoffmann-Janz Ziviltechniker GmbH. These works have cost the state budget 4 million 532,8 thousand manats.
Note that the company Hoffmann-Janz ZT GmbH before that was a contractor in the construction of the National Carpet Museum in Baku.
SPC is a 9-storey building on the street Y. Safarov and its entities are scattered in different parts of the capital. The structure includes SPC Register Service of Real Estate and the auction center for the organization of trading. These structures have 411 full-time employees. The subordinate departments are the Center for Cadastre and Technical Inventory, the Center for Information Technology and Information Management, and the Enterprise Management Center for Production and Maintenance. - 08D -
