Google Chrome is gradually losing ground in Azerbaijan
Google Chrome for a little over a week yielded popularity. As of Jan. 18 the percent of its popularity among Azerbaijani people is 50.77 (January 11, it was used by 51.26%).
However, the "majority" of confidence is still at Google. According to experts, this is due to the fact that it is linked to the search engine Google - an absolute world leader. On functional fitness is not better than the competition, and even inferior to them.

for the month, it is still far ahead of its main competitor - Opera, which has 26.16% (+0.4%).
Three other popular browsers' growth (decline) are: Internet Explorer has increased from 11.18 to 11.37%, Mozilla Firefox - from 8.13 to 8.19%, Safari also grew slightly - from 1.74 to 1.83% popularity among the citizens of Azerbaijan. Other browsers have a lower percentage, because in the list of popular Internet guides do not get.
As can be seen from the statistics on global browser market for personal computers and mobile devices, by the company Net Applications, the Chrome browser has globally slightly weakened its position (-0.24%), but remained in the first place (36.3%).
In the mobile segment, 40.97% of local people today prefer the browser Opera. It was still the most popular in the last few months, although the peak was in March last year (42.94%). Azerbaijani internet service providers Aztelekom and Baktelekom will introduce substantial changes to their pricing structure starting August 15, the companies announced today. Under the new tariffs, the minimum internet speed will rise to 100 Mbit/s, with the cost per Mbit/s decreasing from 0.45 AZN to 0.25 AZN.
