Micro-credit for the year increased by almost 30%
The micro credit loan portfolio in Azerbaijan increased in November to $ 24.6 million, or 3.2%, to $ 789.64 million, 458.7 thousand clients. According to the Azerbaijan Microfinance Association (AMFA), the largest creditor to its members remains of Accessbank, which accounted for 28.9% of all micro-credit.
Total allowance was based on the 30 organizations involved in microfinance in the country. Their total assets are $ 4.45 billion of micro credit borrowers 28% were women (7% less than at the end of last year).
