According to its website, the extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders is scheduled for Dec. 22. Increase in the share capital will be suggested. In addition, the issue of the distribution of net income for 2011-2012 will be solved.
The insurance company BakiSigorta commenced operations on October 1, 2007. Its shareholders are 4 legal entities and 2 individuals. The authorized capital of the company is 8,373,680 manat.
