Participants should reference the absence of arrears in the payment of taxes and other obligatory payments. In addition, they must submit a bank reference on financial status for the last year, the financial statements approved by the tax authorities on the activities of the past year.

The tender commission should submit a receipt for payment of fee in the amount of 250 manats. Acceptance of the tender offers will be carried out before October 1 and the opening of the bids will take place on October 2 this year.

In connection with the transition to the new pension system based on personalized accounting of social insurance, social insurance certificate shall be issued at the national level from 1 January 2006 year.
