Thirteen Objects of State Property Privatized Today
Today, on December 20th there was an auction for sale of government houses and vehicles. According to the press service of the State Committee for Property Affairs, the auction sold 13 state-owned assets, including 3 small enterprises and facilities, 7 non-residential premises and 3 cars. Six privatized objects are located in Baku, and the rest is in the country.
On some of the objects the trading was in a competitive environment. In general, auction objects are sold at the starting price of a single investor.
According to the State Property Committee, on December 27th the last auction of this year will be held. Eighty-one houses have been put up for the auction. -----08D
