Agamali: Commercial banks stifle people
During the discussions of the draft budget in parliament on Wednesday, deputy Fazail Agamaly accused commercial banks in the robbery of the population. "Banks stifle population. They take money from the Central Bank under 3% and sell money at 30-60% of the population, which leads to the impoverishment of the citizens. The Central Bank should supervise the credit policy of commercial banks," demanded Agamaly.
He called on the government to pursue an active agricultural policy and increase in the regions the construction of enterprises processing agricultural products. To stimulate these businesses they should be freed from taxation. He further complained of poor works on gasification of villages, although the program on full gasification of the country is to be completed in 2015.
Agamalyalso complained of the lack of modern vocational schools, which could give the profession to young people. "Seventy thousand high school graduates each year are included into adulthood without a profession, and join the unemployed. Besides, thousands of guys coming back from the army, and also cannot find a job," said deputat.-02D-
