Karabakh NGOs refuse to meet with the Azerbaijanis
Khankend/05.09.12/Turan-ArmInfo: Due to the extradition and pardon of Ramil Safarov, a forum of the Karabakh NGOs involved in the international programs took place on September 4.
The Forum agreed to apply to the European Union and international organizations working in the region of Karabakh conflict, demanding to convene a conference of the South Caucasian NGOs.
"Prior to the convening of the conference, we declare a moratorium on the Armenian-Azerbaijani meetings," reads the decision of the forum.
Refusal from meetings is explained by inadmissibility of pardoning Ramil Safarov. -02D-
