He further suggested that Mamedov should leave the country, and then again began to agitate for the transfer to the medical unit and became obsessed with talking about suicide.
The lawyer said that after this message appeared on Facebook that person immediately, about 23.00 on March 4 was removed from the cell and it was found that he worked in the Ministry of Justice in the past.
"Is it a real prisoner, or was just brought to the cell under the guise of an inmate is not yet known," said Bagirov.
According to him, the Assistant Secretary General of the Council of Europe noted that the Council of Europe will continue to pay close attention to track the progress of the investigation for Mammadov.
Earlier, Secretary General of the Council of Europe Yangland personally called Mamedov's lawyers - Bagirov and Fuad Agayev and asked them about the progress of the investigation.

Lawyers have already appealed to the Strasbourg Court on the unlawful arrest of Mamedov.
