An occultist appeared at the trial in the case of Nelly Fabrichnaya

Baku/25.11.22/Turan: In the Baku Serious Crimes Court, Judge Faik Ganiev continued hearing witnesses in the case of the lawsuit filed by the head of the “Murov” company, Afgan Zeynalov, against the head of the personnel department of the company, Nelli Fabrichnaya. Zeynalov accuses her of stealing more than 700,000 manats from a personal safe installed in the apartment of Fabrichnaya's father. At the trial, there is also a version of the secret and deliberate poisoning of  Zeynalov by Fabrichnaya, in order to hide the theft of money. The version of intentional poisoning was rejected at the investigative stage. The accused, who is being held in pre-trial detention center No. 1, denies her guilt.

On Thursday, two witnesses were heard. The court summoned Gulchohra Mehdiyeva, who earns money by providing religious services. She writes verdicts (spells) on the orders of citizens who turn to her, she raises three children alone with the proceeds. She was summoned to court because Mehriban Atakishiyeva, a cleaner from the “Murov” company, whom Zeynalov also accused of embezzling funds and she returned the money to him, ordered sentences for Mehdiyeva. For this I paid her about 1000-1200 manats. Mehdiyeva and Atakishiyeva are related.

Mehdiyeva said that she wrote sentences to end the hostility in Fabrichnaya’s family, to improve relations between Fabrichnaya and Zeynalov, to reconcile Fabrichnaya with her beloved. She received these orders from M. Atakishieva.

She denied that in a telephone conversation with Zeynalov, she discussed the order to record the sentence on the skin of a gazelle, as the most effective form of appeal to Allah. “Such a dua (sentence) is expensive.”

Mehdiyeva told the court about charity from Zeynalov, who helped the poor. To many of the judge's questions regarding the main purpose of the trial, the witness answered with the words "I don't know", "I haven't heard".

The second witness was Mehriban Atakishiyeva's son, Vugar Aliyev. He announced his intention to buy a “Mercedes Vito” minibus in order to use this car to work as a driver in the “Murov” company. To do this, he sold his car, missing up to 29 thousand money was added by my mother and aunt. But in the end, the purchase of the minibus failed.

V. Aliyev confirmed the great financial assistance of Fabrichnaya to him and his mother. The defendant gave money to repair Atakishiyeva's house, to purchase a TV set, a refrigerator, an air conditioner and a gas stove. Atakishiyeva and her children rested for a day in Gabala and Guba, Fabrichnaya financed. She also bought Vugar a cell phone worth about 3,000 manats.

V. Aliyev did not see Nelly paying money. The mother always paid, but it was believed that N. Fabrichnaya and A. Zeynalov were involved in charity. After A. Zeynalov told the company about the amount stolen from him, Atakishiyeva family collected 70,000 manats in debt and through a pawnshop and gave it to Zeynalov. According to the judge, the entire amount mastered by Atakishiyeva was stolen from Zeynalov.

Judge Faik Ganiev reviewed and granted the prosecution's motion to accept for consideration by the court a civil claim for compensation to Fabrichnaya Zeialov for material damage in the amount of 706 thousand manats plus.   This amount was calculated by Zeynalov and consists of 614,000 manats, as well as 43,000 with 7% interest on this amount and 49,000 with 8% on the last amount.

Lawyer Rzayev objected, reminding the judge that the existence of this amount was not actually proven, and Zeynalov claimed in court that he found this money in a garbage dump. But after a short deliberation, the judge accepted for consideration a claim in the amount of more than 704,000 manats, which the defendant will have to return to Zeynalov, in addition to the criminal punishment for the claim of embezzlement. This will happen if the court finds Fabrichnaya guilty of the crimes she is charged with.
