In particular, for such violation an individual will be fined 3,000 manats, official - 7000 manats, the legal entity – 35,000 manats.
If during the year the person subjected to administrative punishment, re-committed the offense, the penalty for an individual will be 5,000 manats, official - 10 thousand manats, legal entities – 50,000 manats.
Changes are recommended for consideration at the plenary session of Milli Majlis. In the last 10 years, the coast of Absheron was in many places fenced by owners of restaurants, cafes, motels and individuals. -05D04-
